Sleeping Bee
Question: Where do Bees go to sleep? The answer for this bee is "a thistle". It was towards twilight in the fall of 1999 when Bill spied a bee land on the remaining thistle in the front of our office. The bee 'dug in' to the thistle to anchor herself for the night. There was a storm: the wind blew and the rain fell, but the bee stayed there all night. In the morning, when the sun warmed up the thistle and the bee, the bee flew away.
